How do I tell Mozinah my questions?
Wait for Mozinah to contact you via the email address you used on your order. Please make sure it is correct.

How long will I wait for a response?
Response time is 10-14 working days, you will be notified if there is a delay. This does not include weekends or holidays. However, Mozinah will always try to get it done within 7 days. All readings will be done in order of purchase. 

How old do I have to be to get a reading?
You must be over 18 years old to use the services listed. Please provide your date of birth when asked. This is a legal obligation Mozinah must comply with.

What can I ask?
You can ask any question you like. Questions on health, pregnancy, financial or legal issues will be answered, however those seeking advice on the matter(s) should consult a professional. 
All guidance is for you to use at your own discretion.  All readings and guidance are to enlighten and does not interfere with the clients free will and life choices. Mozinah holds no responsibility as to how you interpret or use the guidance given.

Does Mozinah do mediumship readings?
No she does not offer mediumship readings.

I've bought a physical product, what's your returns policy/quality control?

If you simply change your mind, you have 7 days to return it back to me in a saleable condition with no seals tampered with, at your own cost, to receive a refund or exchange. I will not refund damaged or tampered with items, or items that are sold as seen.

If the item is faulty, you have 7 days to let me know and I kindly ask you send me a photo first of the flaw. I will then discuss a refund or exchange with you. Its really important to me that you're happy with your products. 

I check every single item before I post it (I have to so I can get your order right) so I will never send anything to you broken or faulty. Of course, as soon as it leaves me like all other businesses, I have to trust that my mail provider will handle it with care.

I do not accept returns or refunds on health and beauty items, herbal items of any kind, oils (fragrance and essential) for health and safety reasons. 

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear back on your chosen payment method.

I do not reimburse the cost of postage where items are being sent back to me for a refund unless agreed upon via email. Items that are not faulty or have been sold with natural flaws/clear damage listed will not be reimbursed, you buy these at your discretion.

Is your packaging eco friendly?

Where possible I re-use packaging, but it's not always achievable. At the moment I buy jiffy bags, brown boxes, bubble wrap and planet friendly sellotape as this has proven to be the safest way to send your goods to you, especially crystals. I strongly encourage those who buy from me to also reuse any packaging they receive from my store.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit/debit cards and paypal.

How often do you ship?

I ask that you allow 7 days for dispatch, however, I do try to do this sooner.
Your item may take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on the backlog the postal service/couriers have. Please bare with me and with postal service.

Is my dispatch note an indication my parcel has been posted?

I send out the dispatch note as I pack, so I can keep track of our orders. You can expect your parcel to be shipped that week. If its on a weekend, it will be shipped the next working day where possible. 

How much is postage and packaging?

I have a flat rate of shipping in the UK/NI, this applies to all parcels under 2kg. Prices fluctuate depending on the current posting charges.

ROI have a flat rate for up to 2kg. Please note you may need to pay import tax/additional charges and this is your responsibility. 

What if my parcel is over 2kg?

Your shipping will be calculated at the checkout accordingly. 

Do you ship physical items outside the UK?

Aside from the ROI, no I do not. I can ship using a courier only such as DPD but please note the cost of this is high hence why I no longer offer it as a service.

*Please note your country may require you to pay custom fees/other fees internationally, I am not responsible for those. You must take this into consideration when buying from me. 

*I cannot send your item as a gift as I am a business, if loss or damage should occur in transit in would make sending replacements far more difficult. Please respect this policy. 

Please note I am not  responsible for postage delays with Royal Mail or any other courier service I may use. I reserve the right to use another courier at any time should I feel the current one is not effective enough.
